Synopsis
COPPERHEAD is directed by Ron Maxwell (GETTYSBURG, GODS & GENERALS) stars Billy Campbell, Peter Fonda and Angus MacFayden and is based on true events that happened in a small town in Upstate New York during the Civil War. COPPERHEAD is the story of Abner Beech (Campbell), a stubborn and righteous farmer from Upstate New York, who defies his neighbors and his government in the bloody and contentious autumn of 1862.
